I would give these:

Ururun: hp/atk boosts, 1.5 times attack at 50% hp, kb chance up (+1% each level), 5% crit chance

Nyandam: hp/atk boosts, slow chance up (70% at max level), slow duration up (+7f each level), survivor chance, garunteed on max.

Mina: hp/atk boosts, target alien, chance of level 1 surge (500-800 range spawn, 20% at max level), cost down (50 per level)

Musashit: warp immune, slow resist (70%) freeze resist (50%), weaken resist (30%), toxic resist (30%)

Bun bun: hp/atk boosts, target traitless, savage blow (20%, triple damage), wave level 1 (only levels up once, 5%)
