What does Nihility does? regen?

I made two custom abilities that Nihility has:

- Black hole (When destroyed, creates a black hole on a custom range, instantly destroying an area of units)

-Overshadow (Deals extra damage to specific unit categories such as Super Rares and etc. Overshadow can only have 2.)
