yea, i kinda just want to say all this because i've been thinking about this thing for a while, you can tell i'm serious about this because the rant is gonna be using proper punctuation/grammar (a rarity for my posts) so yeah. here we go:

Unit-02, Code 777 is an Uber Rare from the Eva Collab; an Anti-Red with (at level 30) 66.3k HP, 37.4k DPH, 5.5k DPS, 400 range with LD (200~650), 3 KBs, 4500c cost and other details I'll list later; they deserve to be mentioned seperately.

Okay so starting off simple, this thing already looks pretty great right? Pretty solid survivability, DPS and LD with serviceable standing range. Already Unit-02 seems to be a decent unit to have in your lineup, but this thing is an absolute hellspawn and I'll say why; Strengthen and Massive Damage.

Let's get this out of the way first; this thing with Strengthen active (100%, activates at 33% HP) has 11k DPS. At LEVEL 30. Now assuming you have even a single brain cell, you'll have realised that this is a rather absurd amount of DPS for a generalist unit to have, especially without Catseye investment, even considering they have to have a substantial chunk of their HP removed and seeing as this walking atrocity has LD with 250 pierce, nothing is escaping this abomination before they're dead. But wait, it gets even better.

This living war crime also has Massive Damage vs. Red. Now those of you who do lack a single brain cell may be thinking "rEd PoWeRcRepT tOo MucH aLrEaDY thIs IsN't rEleVaNT" or, perhaps "cOuRier eXistS" which would be absolutely true, assuming Unit-02 was just some average unit, but no. This beast has (not counting Strengthen) 22k DPS vs Red. STILL AT LEVEL 30. That along with an LD stat outranging Professor A. (which, might I add, Courier kinda sucks at killing) makes this thing not only safe, but also lethal to any Red foolish enough to come anywhere near close.

Now, let's end this. Assuming you have level 30, Strengthen and a Red enemy is in range, this thing has 44k DPS and just under 300k DPH. This is just foul. This is actually nasty that this sinful creature gets these stats at that low of a level. Courier may exist, but this thing is a rival worthy of Courier's own might. Or better yet; use them in tandem with each other to end the Red trait completely.

Oh and let's assume you boost this thing to level 60, this thing's generalist DPS (with Strengthen) is 20.6k. Even without Strengthen this is great but Strengthen takes this over the top. Oh and vs. Red that DPS bumps up to 82.4k. I won't explain this further, you should already understand.

In conclusion, Unit-02, Code 777 is an absolutely foul hell-spawned creature that God himself probably hides from. Even without Catseye investments this thing already cements themself at the top of the Anti-Red ladder, while even being a fair generalist. Boost turns them into a broken generalist and an unspeakable terror of a specialist who even Courier respects.

Looks really promising! Red has been powercrept from hell and back, so it's nice to see one of the Nukers having alot of rolls outside that!

I played Eva and rolled the last time it came around so I already had some units and TF's, stuff like Moon Kaworu, Plug Suit Shinji Black, Giraffe Unit-02.

Overall, kinda underwhelmed by the collab as a whole. Don't really know how it could be fixed though, so I'll just take my free stuff and go.
