I don't think this needs an explaination. Simply, Courier does about 112k damage vs Red/Behemoth enemies at lv50. Giving a no-gacha semi-spammable cat like Courier that immense power is argubaly PONOS' worst mistake ever. Simply, Ponos doesn't usually change units after they have been relesed, and they instead change the meta (like making almost every single new enemy immune to Surge/Surge deflector instead of just nerfing DKasli, however they can change units after they are implemented, as they did when they gave Dark Lazer Single Target). In this case as a result of they relizing Courier being overpowered, they make every behemoth realeased after him extremely strong, to "balance" Courier's power and influence in the behemoth meta. With this nerfs, Courier will deal about 40k damage vs Red/Behemoth at lv50. Still much, but with the longer recharge time, it is probaly more balanced.

With the Courier nerfs (i also think Courier should need more stones to evolve) Ahirjuo also should be nerfed, to mirror how early in the game it appears. Slow immunity is a little unecessary, as there should be some way to CC it. However, it will appear at 150% in harder stages like ZL.

Scissorex can be an annoyance with it's long-distance attacks + slow, so with these nerfs it has lower damage (30.000 < 37.000) and a considerably shorter time. Wave immunity is also removed, so that you can exploit the tanky enemies it often hides behind to snipe it with Waves (and also open up more strategies involving Slime timing).

Again, this needs no explaination. I think about every player that have encountered him knows how much of a pain he is to fight. Big HP, nuker-class damage, huge LD that can hit almost anything, and terrible Surge RNG, just not to mention his nightmarous synergy with Great Ape Luza in Birth of True Man... With this nerfs, it will be easier to invade it's blindspot and even units with 330~350 range can be used, opening up some more possiblities, plus you don't have to worry about that pesky Surge killing all your important units.
