She is a limited unit so I think yes

How the tf did I just beat EoC without any fkn treasure or anti floating but delinquent it was basically a million wall with a million delinquent bun bun can't even breath lol I just use 6 meat shield with terun , delinquent , and swimming cat

Exchange her for xp or use her idk she has 100% to slow red/aliens and Colossus Slayer with 20% chance to perform a Savage Blow

Is there a specific time to for the treasure festival? or it's just randomly drop

btw iam at moon ch.3 for like month and half but I don't have all the treasure so every single time I try it's just my ass being kicked :/
