This enemy appears to be four Doges carrying a large birthday cake with 9 (10 if you count the can of Cat Food) from top to bottom they look like, a generic looking vanilla/velvet layer, a white cream filling with lemons and kiwis, another generic vanilla/velvet layer, a chocolate layer, prev ones repeated and the can of Cat Food with whip cream on every other layer or so with candles in each one. At the top of the cake there is a rainbow colored ribbon with a golden 10. The Doges remain hidden under the can but can be seen during its attack animation. Although it may not look like one, it is actually a Metal enemy.
Strategy[]
Cow Cat and any other fast attacking characters such as Mr. can kill this enemy very easily. It deals pretty much no damage per hit, so there's no need to worry about it at all.
