Absolute Defence (Insane) is the second Crazed Cat Stage. It appears on the 6th and the 27th of every month. In The Battle Cats Unite!, it appears every Monday.

Strategy[]
For most players, you will want to bring Rich Cat, Sniper the Cat, and, if necessary, Cat CPU. The Crazed Tank's stage is by far one of the most important in the game, rewarding an exceptional meatshield unit. Trios of enemies will spawn on timers, with the Crazed Tank on base hit. Try to stall hitting the base until defeating the first set of Owlbrows, as you will need as much cash as you can to battle Crazed Tank.
Crazed Tank's range is no laughing matter: you will need units that outrange it. Lizard/Dragon Cat and Bahamut Cat will most likely be your main fighting force, both having enough range to safely hit Crazed Tank and Owlbrow. Ururun works even better; however, obtaining her at this point in the game may be a trial in itself. Know also that the Crazed Tank boss itself is extremely tanky, boasting much more HP than the regular Crazed Cat. With 1 knockback as well, you will really want to bring Sniper the Cat, as it will help in pushing Crazed Tank back. You will also need to use the Cat Cannon.
One of the best non-Uber units for this stage is Cyberpunk Cat, it allows for long range slow that helps keep Crazed Tank and peons at bay. Sniper the Heavy can also pin down Crazed Tank to the base as long as they are defended by meatshields.
Recommended Ubers[]
- Aphrodite, Tesalan Pasalan, Super Galaxy Cosmo, Sakura Miku and other Long Distance Ubers that are able to safely outrange the boss and potentially hit the base behind him with the use of a Sniper the Cat and sufficient protection. Should you have any of them, they can make this stage a little bit easier.
- Any anti-Traitless Ubers, especially the EPICFEST exclusives, can help massively with their abilities. However, using rushers (D'arktanyan, Issun's evolved form etc.) require precise timing to avoid being a waste of money.
If you have them, you can bring 3 or more ubers that cost more than 4000¢, as you will get a lot of money in this stage
Strategy 1[]
- Blank slot can be filled in with any meatshield, preferably one that has a cost of 75¢
- Add any other cats with a range longer than 390, otherwise Crazed Tank will kill the unit immediately.
- If possible, use cats with Knockback abilities, such as Ururun Wolf.
- Any Long Distance units with enough range to snipe the base will also help.
Lineup: Mohawk Cat, Crazed Macho Cat, Eraser Cat, Dragon Cat, Bahamut Cat

- Any Long Distance units with enough range to snipe the base will also help.
Start by turning off the Cat CPU immediately. Save up money, summon Bahamut, and attack the enemy base. When Crazed Tank Cat comes out, turn on the Cat CPU and the battle should be won automatically from there. Long Distance units will be able to hit the base behind the enemy units they aim at, meaning the battle might be won before the Crazed Tank is killed.
Strategy 2[]
- All units must be at least Lv.25.
- The battle will take for a long time depends on your units level.
- Make sure to set Sniper the Heavy at the first row to utillize his combo.
Lineup: Thirteen, Cat, Crazed Cat, Boogie Cat, Eraser Cat, Hacker Cat, Lizard Cat, Bahamut Cat
Items: Speed Up, Sniper the Cat
Notes:
- All units must be at least Lv.25.
- The battle will take for a long time depends on your units level.
- Make sure to set Sniper the Heavy at the first row to utillize his combo.
Once the battle begins, let Sniper the Cat kills the Snaches and save up your money. Once the Gories spawn, spawn meatshields to stall them and stack Lizard Cats, then summon a Bahamut Cat.
When Crazed Tank Cat spawns, spam meatshields while stacking Sniper the Heavies and Hacker Cats, don't panic if Bahamut Cat dies, as Sniper the Heavies and Hacker Cats will hold off Crazed Tank Cat and the peons.
If you want Hacker Cats to damage the enemy base, then you must push Crazed Tank Cat far away than the enemy base's hitbox. However, you might rely on Sniper the Heavies to push Crazed Tank Cat and the peons.
Once Crazed Tank Cat is defeated, enjoy your reward!
