Start by stalling out the three initial Brollow using disposable Cats such as Slime, Can Can, Fishman and Bullet Train. Upgrade the Worker Cat a few times while doing so. Once the three Brollow are dead, feel free to hit the base.

Once Le'Solar spawns, just spam all the Cats in the lineup, and try to break her Barrier with Breakerblast if at all possible. Use Awakened Bahamut whenever an opening presents itself, and you'll eventually win.
