Ancient Egg: N003 is a Special Cat unlocked when beating Empress' Excavation 2. It was added in Version 11.7. True Form improves almost all attributes and gains immunity to Surge Attacks.

Strategy/Usage

Normal/Evolved Form

These forms are useless by design. Similarly to the other Ancient Eggs, this unit is not meant to be used before its True Form.

True Form

This Cat is quite similar to Catellite, targeting Aku instead of Alien. Its main function is to be an Aku meatshield, but it can also be used as a filler Surge Immune meatshield. Unfortunately due to its somewhat high cost, it can be expensive to spam as a filler meatshield, but it's manageable when used as a primary meatshield. As with other specialist meatshields, Cactus greatly benefits from being boosted with Catseyes, being able to reach ~63k HP against Aku at level 50. Once you obtain Maize Cat, this cat becomes far less relevant as Maize is better in nearly all anti-Aku scenarios, but is still able to find some niche use cases where there is too much Surge spam for Maize to handle. Thankfully its general anti-Surge value remains untouched by Maize Cat.

Appearance

• Normal Form: An egg-shaped object covered in soil and vegetation.
• Evolved Form: Cleaning it up has revealed its true coloration. It now looks like some sort of futuristic capsule, with an X-like symbol engraved in the middle. Some soil still clings to the bottom, above which there are four black dots, two on each side.
• True Form: A potted cactus with the exact shape and face of a Cat. Has a white flower growing from its head, and walks around on two white legs sticking out of the pot.
