Strategy/Usage

Despite Ann & Cat's optimal range for the job of freezing Metal enemies, she has way too many major flaws to work well as a proper crowd-controller. Metal stages often love to spam Metal Doges, rendering her completely useless on these stages due to Single Target attacks, and even in the few stages that don't do this, her abysmal Freeze uptime forces her to rely on much stacking, a difficult task to pull off against heavy pushers like Super Metal Hippoe. She also finds herself badly outclassed by Hoop Cat and talented Lollycat, the former for its greater uptime and higher stats and the latter for its Area Attack and stackability.
