Strategy/Usage[]
This unit is a universal tank, having more health against traited enemies than even Hades, but his stats allow him to also be a dangerous offensive force, with the combination of Omni Strike (which grants piercing range in Evolved Form), Mini-Wave and, of course, great attack power. He can be used in most situations that do not involve many Traitless or Relic enemies as a solid support unit, who will both defend the rest of the Cat army and provide solid damage, but he isn't a very good tank as he stands behind your attackers, serving as a second line of defense but also leaving your frontliners vulnerable to enemy fire.
Although his Normal Form suffers from a very long cooldown, due to being cheap for his purpose, he is a great unit in Zombie stages, while the Evolved Form tends to perform better elsewhere. Since Mighty Aegis has Omni Strike with a piercing range, this unit is more effective when close to the enemy base due to how Omni Strike interacts with bases, and he can also hit a few more enemies when he isn't close enough. This unit can still be used as an attacker against Traitless enemies, as long as he doesn't get outranged by too many enemies in the stage you're playing.
