Strategy[]

You are strongly recommended to collect all Anti-unstarred Alien Treasures before attempting this stage.

Start by stalling for money before hitting the enemy base. Catellite is a perfect choice for a meatshield; it's strong against the majority of the enemies and, when upgraded to true form, even immune to the boss's slow effect. Crustaceous Scissorex can cover a wide range with its attack, so using peons as stepping stones is a good choice to attack it with Long Distance/Surge Attackers.

Despite not being Red, both the Wild Doges and Scissorex can also take significant damage from Courier Cat.

A great strategy would be stacking 3-4 Seafarer Cats before summoning the boss and let them attack, effectively perma-freezing it, securing an easy victory. Seafarer can tank at least 3 hits from Scissorex, giving you plenty of room to clear the peons and let them permanently freeze the boss.
