Battle Cats Wiki

Banishin' Tigers is the second stage in New World Ehen.

  • 1 One Horn spawns after 3.33 seconds100f.
  • 1 Kid Tappa spawns after 3.33 seconds100f.
  • When the base reaches 90% HP:
    • 1 Rain D. spawns as the boss.
    • 2 Rain Ds spawn after 1 second30f, delay 1~2 seconds30f~60f.
  • When the base reaches 75% HP:
    • 1 Oldhorn spawns as the boss.
    • 2 Oldhorns spawn after 1 second30f, delay 1~2 seconds30f~60f.
  • When the base reaches 60% HP:

The Kid Tappa at the beginning can be used for stacking units such as Courier Cat. When the One Horn makes it to the front line, it should be killed very quickly from the stack, allowing you to upgrade your Worker Cat. The first wave can be hard if not prepared, but luckily you can have a full wallet ready. Use Manic meatshields and your choice of a unit to counter Rain D. It is not a problem to use Snipers against the Rain Ds because the high base health allows the Rain Ds to be defeated before the second wave is triggered. For the second wave, the Oldhorns have no support, so just stack DPS against them. The final wave can be dealt with a wave immune sniper and the Breakerblast Cannon. The Youcan misses often because of the Puffingtons, but be prepared for the boss shockwave.

Strategy 1[]

Lineup: Little Warriors, Future Cat 50, Li'l Eraser Cat (Max Health Buff) 50+29, Cone Cat 50, Jellycat 50, Courier Cat 50, Hitman Cat 50, Awakened Doron, Awakened Naala 50

Cannon: Breakerblast

  • Cameraman Cat is mainly a combo slave
  • The "?" slot can be filled in with another combo slave, or a rusher unit.
  • If you do not have Cone Cat, Riceball Cat should be an acceptable replacement, though HP up talents are recommended if they were to be used.

Use Kid Tappa to stack up a bunch of Courier Cats, Hitman Cats and Cone Cats (desync the Cone Cats so they are making a long streamline, instead of a single stack). One Horn should die as he approaches the stack, where you will proceed to continue stacking until the unit limit is reached. At that point, use Breakerblast, and watch as Courier Cat and Hitman Cat eviscerate the Rain D.'s.

Once the Oldhorns spawn, send out your anti-Relic units, and Oldhorn should fall relatively quickly. When Youcan spawns, use Breakerblast to break their barrier, and more importantly, make sure they do not directly hit Awakened Naala. The Mr. Puffingtons actually do not pose too much of a threat, just Youcan. If Awakened Naala dies, then you may wish to try and kill off Youcan first, before trying to kill off the Mr. Puffingtons. Either way, this stage is actually very easy, and shouldn't prove to be difficult.

  • Banishin' Tigers may be a reference to the Hanshin Tigers, a Nippon Professional Baseball team playing in the Central League.
  • The Japanese name of this stage is the first portion of the phrase "虎穴に入らずんば虎子を得ず" (Koketsu ni Hairazunba Koji o Ezu), meaning "You cannot gain anything without taking any risks".
  • All enemies in this stage are males with the informal honorific くん -kun in their Japanese names (Ikkaku-kun, Manabu-kun, Nakai-kun, Koraino-kun, Fuguta-kun and Ōmu-kun). This honorific is primarily used with boys' names and between peers and friends.
    • The only non-event -kuns excluded are Kaoru-kun and Metal Kaoru-kun, possibly because their honorifics use the kanji 君 rather than kana.
