Strategy[]

Generally much more difficult than the previous two stages, as Luza covers Pterowl Hazuku's blind spot well, and Li'l Doge dodging can slow you down. To top this off, Wild Doge and Li'l Doge will respawn indefinitely. Boulder Cat can be useful to stall in a pinch. Cat Mask Doron can freeze Luza and prevent him from approaching, or even knock him back to regain ground in True Form. Jiangshi Cat with its Move Speed Up Talent can remain in Luza's range after getting knocked back, and Bullet Train Cat is useful for sniping Wild or Relic Doges. Awakened Naala is still occasionally useful for dealing some damage to Luza, but it isn't as effective here, and Reborn Warrior Dogumaru doesn't work too well unless he is well within Hazuku's blind spot, as he only outranges Owlbrow by 10.

Preferably, you would want to stall at the beginning and defeat all the Owlbrows as they spawn in different time periods of the level before hitting the base, they drop more than enough money to max your Worker Cat and won't interfere with the main fight. You'll face endless waves of other peons, though, and a bunch of them spawn on base hit.

Metal Macho can greatly help to stall, as it can get into Hazuku's blind spot and tank several devastating hits from Great Ape Luza.

Strategy 1 (4 Crown Restrictions)[]

Lineup: Little Warriors, Li'l Eraser Cat 50, Boulder Cat, Cone Cat 50, Cameraman Cat 50+18, Courier Cat 50, Cat Egg Pod 50, Awakened Doron 50, Idi:N2 50, Awakened Naala 50, Reborn Warrior Doguemon 50

Cannon: Thunderbolt

Notes:

  • Li'l Eraser Cat has the HP up MAX talent.
  • Cameraman Cat has the Survivor MAX, Critical, and the ATT up MAX talents.
  • Cat Egg Pod can be replaced with Green Shell Cat (UNTESTED).

Use your spammable units to fend off the early enemies until you have max money (Keep it light with Courier Cat. You don't want to trigger the boss too early). While building up your wallet, store a couple of Cat Egg Pods near your base. This way, when the base is triggered, loads of Cat Egg Pods will be able to rush at the boss and deliver a lot of damage (At level 50, it will be 110,700 damage per hit).

When you have a lot of money, start spamming all your spammables (except Courier Cat). When the frontline is around halfway, send out Reborn Warrior Doguemon and start spamming Courier Cat. Three quarters of the way and you can send out Awakened Naala, and shortly after, Idi:N2 and Awakened Doron. When the base is finally triggered, you have about 17 seconds before Pterowl Hazuku destroys almost everything. Luckily, with the extra damage from Cat Egg Pod, Great Ape Luza should die just as Pterowl Hazuku takes their second shot, rendering Pterowl Hazuku helpless.

Recommendations:

Get your Uncanny Legend true forms! They make Luza seem like a joke. You can honestly win by spamming Courier Cat and true form legends. Your courier should be at a minimum level 45 if not level 50 and your legends should be upgraded to level 40. Take the time to grind the Behemoth Stones from Mining Epic and get your legend true forms, it may take a heck of a long time, but it is certainly worth it.

Research Up combos or Cat Movement Speed Up combos can greatly increase the frequency of Courier Cat's attacks and Fishman Cat killing the Owlbrows.

If you feel like the methods shown here aren't working, you can also try rushing Luza before Hazuku spawns. After getting max money and wallet, spam and send everything out, time Doron and idi, and try kill luza as fast as possible. If you fail killing Luza in the first rush, you might need to fight for dear life hoping he dies before the frontline pushes and Luza protects Hazuku's blindspot.
