Its been a while since I've lost my BC account and started focusing on simply preventing vandalism on this wiki. Since then, I've slowly developed a blocking system and I'm posting it here for reference.
=============================================================
All anons will receive no warnings and will be blocked without consideration. Repeat offences from the same IP normally results in a Repeated Offences block, which lasts 1 year.
All registered users will receive 2 warnings before a block is issued. All warnings must be acknowledged by the user before any new edits are done, or this will be considered as an agreement to instant blocking, regardless of the number of warnings issued. The block is issued if the user does not comply after the 2nd warning.
=============================================================
Vandalism: Severity 1 - 3 days: This is usually only enforced on anons who simply insert random stuff into a page. Spam usually only spans through a single line.
Vandalism: Severity 2 - 1 week: This is most commonly enforced for minor vandalism. This usually goes up to spam and deletion of around a section.
Vandalism: Severity 4 - 2 weeks: Higher severity vandalism
Vandalism: Severity 6 - 1 month: Even higher severity vandalism.
Vandalism: Severity 8 - 3 months: Extremely high severity vandalism.
Vandalism: Severity 9 - 6 months: Uberly high severity vandalism.
Vandalism: Severity 10 - 1 year: This is the highest tier of vandalism. This occurs for a full deletion of a page or equivalent vandalism.
Advertising - 1 year: This has only occured once, but in case of future cases, any and all self-advertising will be wiped off the Battle Cats Wiki and the user responsible will be blocked under this premise. No warnings will be issued for advertising.
Creating unnecessary pages - 1 year: The duration of this block varies, but is usually 1 year due to its trolly and annoying nature to the staff team.
Scamming for friend codes - 1 month: This is to combat the occasional anon / registered user who posts: "Oh look I found this amazing developer code! If you enter xxxxx into your friend code box, it will give you XX cat food!" This type of message will be instantly removed and the user responsible will be blocked under this offence. No warnings will be issued.
=============================================================
(As pointed out by Fredy-san) When blocking an anon/user/whatever, there are these five checkbox options you need to pay attention to:
1. Prevent account creation
2. Prevent this user from posting on their own Message Wall while blocked
3. Automatically block the last IP address used by this user, and any subsequent IP addresses they try to edit from
4. Watch this user's user and talk pages
5. Prevent logged-in users from editing from this IP address
For All Users: Select Option 1. If this is an high-end but appealable block, select Option 4. If the block is not appealable, select Option 2.
Side Note: For those worrying about dynamic IPs this is why we don't use Option 5. Just make an account, dammit! xD

If you have any suggestions or tweaks to make, or if I have missed any offence that you would like to point out, feel free to reply to this thread. Thank you.
