Brainwashed Fish Cat (Super Rare Cat)

Brainwashed Fish Cat is a Super Rare Cat that can be obtained by playing the Rare Cat Capsule during Seasonal Gacha Events or the Miracle Selection event. It was added in Version 11.9. True Form added in Version 12.7 grants Immunity to Toxic and a 50% chance to curse Zombie enemies for 2 seconds.

Evolves into Brainwashed Whale Cat at level 10.

Evolves into Brainwashed Island Cat after obtaining from Adrift in Fear (Insane) and is level 20 or above.

Strategy/Usage

Brainwashed Fish Cat is a copy of Crazed Fish Cat with Strong vs Zombies and Zombie Killer instead of Strong vs Red and Critical Hit as well as a negligible boost to its health and damage. Because it relies on weak but fast-paced attacks, it's unlikely to deliver a huge amount of damage before a zombie burrows. As such, its utility ultimately stems from cleaning up burrowed zombies to reconnect cat units across the battlefield. Since Zombies typically don't burrow in huge groups, its single target doesn't hinder it too much, and its short attack animation allows it to immediately take away a portion of zombies' health while they're still unburrowing.

True Form

True Form gains Toxic Immunity and a 50% chance to Curse Zombies. Although Zombies rely mostly on stats, many common ones have annoying abilities, such as Zir Zeal's Freeze. Z-Onel, Daboo and Big Peng Z are also reliant on debuffs, making this unit a potentially valuable asset against them. Toxic Immunity isn't a game changer, but it does expand this unit's use. On top of countering Big Peng Z and Zollow, it can also be a serviceable Toxic Immune attacker if the need arises in certain stages.

Appearance

• Normal Form: Body shaped the same as Fish Cat. Now has black legs, black dorsal fins, black marks on his tail and face, and a face similar to one of Crazed Cats.
• Evolved Form: Body shaped the same as Whale Cat. Now also has black legs and black marks on back.
• True Form: A husk of Island Cat with black marks, on top lies a cat with an empty can of Catfood.
