Same as Chapter 1, but everything is at a higher magnification.
Chapter 3
At the beginning, peons spawn with a Maawth. Later, 2 more Maawths spawn along with additional LeMurrs arriving at intervals and everything is buff insanely.
Zombie Outbreak
Chapter 1
Those Guys and Shibalien appear as peons.
Zomboe, Maawth and Zory appear as support.
Dread Bore appears as the main threat with a Boss Wave.
Strategy
You have a LOT of time to stall, the peons do very little damage and you can save up a lot.
The trick in this stage is to trigger the Boss Wave with speedy units like Giraffe Cat so that they can force the burrow from the Dread Bore and Zory before your Zombie Killer units reach the base. This way, they'll be a part of the fight instead of stuck in front of the zombies that are now wrecking your front line.
Plan your fight properly and keep the meatshields constant and you shouldn't have too much trouble with a Dread Bore, even with his 400k health.
If the freeze effect from the Maawth gives you trouble, bring along an anti-alien in some capacity so that its less of a burden on your. The Maawth can be annoying but you must be able to handle the Maawth and the Bore in order to win.
Chapter 2
Those Guys and Shibalien spawn as support.
Dread Bore and Maawth appear as the boss duo when the base reaches 99% health.
Zuche and Zory spawn as support for the bosses. Multiple Zuche will spawn later on and you can have more than 1 on the field at a time.
Strategy
You can farm for a very long time in this stage because there are a lot of peons to fill your pockets with. Stall tactics can work here because the peons seem to last forever.
The real fight starts when you hit the base but before then you'll at least want a healthy team of meatshields and a couple alien DPS units(or an uber) to deal with Maawth on the forefront. His many freezes may make you consider knockback units if he gives you too much trouble.
- Since you get 3 immediate burrows from Dread Bore, Zory and Zuche you may want to consider bringing the Holy Cannon upgrade if you have it. If not, a perfectly timed cat cannon can be a big help. Incase your worried about that, try the regular strategy instead...
Save most of your Zombie Killer ubers and dps units for after the boss wave. Then just let loose with as much as you can afford so that you can knock out the zombies that make it through your front line. Spawn as many meatshields as possible during this time to protect from the fast attacking zombies or you will lose hard and fast.
With proper timing, excellent meatshielding and good placement of units before the enemy base reaches 99% you should be able to beat this. If you're still struggling after a few attempts, go back and collect as many treasures as you can from ITF and try again when you're stronger. This level is a bit harder than most because of the surge of damage from the 3 hard hitting zombies.
Chapter 3
Maawth spawns after 20 seconds as a major threat for the early game. After about a minute, 2 more Maawth will spawn with a 10 second interval.
Gory, Hippoe and The Thrillerz start to spawn as peons at this time.
LeMurr and Zomboe spawn as support after the 3rd Maawth appears and multiples of them spawn throughout the stage.
Dread Bore appears about a minute after the 3rd Maawth spawns and acts as the boss for the stage. There is no boss shockwave.
Strategy
The one Maawth isnt too hard at the start so you can get up to level 3 cat wallet. The main issue here are The Thrillerz and making sure they dont get early access passes to damage your base with their double burrow and full hp revive.
Once you have all 3 Maawth you might struggle a little bit, especially with LeMurr coming out to support them with weakens. Because there are going to be a handful of alien enemies this round, you'll definitely want your anti-alien cats with freeze, weaken or extra damage. You will likely end up with at least 5 LeMurr stacked up but at least they're only single target and their range is low. Proper meatshielding will keep the space lemurs at bay.
Dread Bore is a huge threat as always so zombie killers and zombie CC like knockback, freeze, slow or weaken is a big help. Zomboe does its job of being annoying too so cheap rare and uber ZK units are recommended.
As usual, try to prevent Dread Bore from burrowing at all with your cat cannon if you can time it right(Or just use holy blast). This will help the fight stay in one area. If not, the dread bore may burrow past your cats and destroy the base or your ubers in seconds. Saving a heavy hitting ZK or unit with knockback can truly be a life saver here.
If the massive amount if aliens or the high health zombies give you a lot of trouble then you will want more treasures for sure before returning to attempt this map when it next appears.
