Capone's Jail

Capone's Jail (カポネの監獄 Kapone no Kangoku, lit. Capone's Prison) is the 19th sub-chapter of Stories of Legend. It was added in Version 2.9 and is available up to 4♛ difficulty.

Difficulty

This sub-chapter, while easier than Jail Break Tunnel for some, introduces Angel enemies. Stilts Cat, Juliet Cat and Cat Toaster are not recommended against any of the Angel enemies found here, but Rocker Cat and Ultra Souls units will help massively. The hardest stages are King of Freedom, which contains a Camelle and a large horde of Master A., and Pigpen Taboo, which has three Dober P.Ds and three Shadow Boxer Ks.

• 2♛ difficulty for this sub-chapter multiplies enemy strength magnifications by 150%.
• 3♛ difficulty for this sub-chapter multiplies enemy strength magnifications by 170%.
• 4♛ difficulty for this sub-chapter multiplies enemy strength magnifications by 140% and only allows Special Cats and Rare Cats to be deployed.

New Features

This sub-chapter introduces three new enemies:

• Heavenly Hippoe: An Angel variant of Hippoe that has fairly high health, but somewhat low attack power.
• Gabriel: An Angel variant of Doge with high health for a peon, decent attack power and incredibly fast movement speed. Gets knocked back a lot. Similar to Doge Dark, but unlike Doge Dark, he has Area Attack.
• Angelic Gory: A faster and stronger Angel version of Gory, but acts more similarly to Gory Black.

Trivia

• This chapter's name refers to Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary, where Al Capone, a notorious mob boss, served 4.5 years on charges of tax evasion.
