These enemies can perform Critical Hits, which is indicated by producing a burst of yellow stars with a unique sound effect. Critical Hits inflict 2x damage on all targets and ignore the Metal ability.

• If an enemy with Critical Hits and Wave Attacks hits a Wave Shield Cat with a Critical Wave, the next attack from any enemy that hits that Cat will show the Critical Hit's visual effect, but not do double damage. This is most likely a bug.
