Uber Super Rares that aren't very costly work best here, since money isn't very plentiful. Divine Kai, for example, is excellent here. Battle: The name of the game here is to survive all of the incoming Brollow waves before they finally start dying down. Once defeated, the level should play itself out.
Begin the battle by luring the first Owlbrow to your base. Deploy an Octopus Cat, then during the backswing of Owlbrow's attack animation, deploy a Fishman Cat to make quick work of the Owlbrow. This should give you enough money to deploy Schoolbus Nyandam (or one of your Ubers). Once deployed, start deploying your meatshields as well as your support units. This will ensure that your support units and your expensive units don't get killed immediately by the first Brollow wave before you have a secure army.
Cameraman Cat, Fishman Cat and Schoolbus Nyandam (or your Uber) will be your main attack units while your meatshields and Octopus Cat will protect them from harm. Continue this cycle of protecting your attackers and surviving all of the Brollow waves before you can deploy Awakened Ururun (or your other Uber), once you have enough money. The rest of the level should be fairly easy, as you defeat the Owlbrows and eventually The Face.
Since The Face is not a boss, the level can also be done by replacing Li'l Nyandam with Doctor Cat and knocking The Face past the enemy base, eventually breaking it. You still have to deal with Brollow waves, but your backline forces should be able to slowly chip the base while your Fishmen and Cameramen deal with the Brollows.
