Strategy/Usage[]
Clockwork Cat is a nice anti-Metal to be added into your team. However, his slow chance is only a mere 20%, meaning it is not that reliable. To remedy this, he is given a good attack rate and animation making his ability happen more often. He unfortunately gets outranged by Super Metal Hippoe, as his range is only 170. His high movement speed is somewhat detrimental if you are using other Cats with slower movement speed, as he is likely to run into enemy attacks without other units able to catch up and defend him.
True Form[]
Puppetmaster & Charley gets improved range, slow duration, and slow chance. The range is increased from 170 to 225 making him able to outrange Super Metal Hippoe. The main selling point of this True Form however, is the increased slow time going from 2.67 seconds to a whopping 6 seconds! Combined with this unit's fast attack rate, Metal enemies can be left slowed for a long time! The slow chance is also increased to 30%. A stack of Puppetmaster & Charley can use these improvements to keep the likes of Super Metal Hippoe and even Sir Metal Seal at bay. Sadly, he still retains his Single Target, meaning that a Talented Lollycat may be more useful in most situations.
