Codename "Red Riding" (わんこずきんミーニャ Wan ko zukin mīnya, Wankozukin Minya) is a boss enemy encountered in Learned to Love and Floor 39. She is the enemy form of Red Riding Mina.
This enemy has extreme distance Long-Range attacks, so try to prevent her advancing 1/5th of the battlefield as she will hit your base. However, if she hits your base, you still have a quite large amount of time to beat her, as Mina's DPS is pretty low for an LD enemy.
Alternatively, you can lure her to your base so that her attack hits the base without killing any cats that you deploy, however, in order for this to work, you have to kill the H. Nahs quickly and rush towards Mina before the Le'noirs and Sunfish Jones get in the way.
A wandering forest girl hired as an assassin by the Dog Army. Feared by the Cat Army for ruthlessly using any tactic necessary to make the kill. Even a long-distance bazooka!
Forest Girl-based assassin was hired by dog corps. Use any kind of unfair trick if it is for the mission. A bazooka that can attack from ultra-long distance is used to snipe the Cat Base by this annoying Enemy.

Trivia
This unit and Red Riding Mina both reference Little Red Riding Hood from folktales.
She uses an exploding Doge Dark as a rocket, and in her Cat Unit form, a Killer Cat.
She has the fourth longest attack range in the game (Angry Sun, Filibuster Obstructa (Alien/Floating) and Drummer Doge have longer ranges), outranging almost anything (even Nerd Cat, Assassinlan Pasalan, and Berserkory's Shockwaves)! However, the range where her bazooka can actually hit is only 900 (all which are higher than Angry Sun and Drummer Doge).
