Doges and Snaches spawn as peons, with Dagshunds and Celeboodles spawning at a constant rate throughout the level.

Strategy

Take out the Dagshunds using Bahamut Cat or Dragon Cat, stalling them with Wall Cat and Macho Cat. The Celeboodles should be easy enough, using the same strategy.
