Strategy/Usage[]
Crazed Bird Cat can be good when stacked with proper meatshielding. They can be used to attack enemies like Shadow Boxer K, Crazed Cow and Manic Lion, and other rather strong but short-ranged peons. Their disposability lets them be stacked easily and deliver high amounts of DPS in a small area. Compared to Bird Cat, they have more survivability due to higher health (equivalent to Crazed Tank Cat at identical levels) and range. Unfortunately, their spawn cost is still quite high, lowering their usability in all forms.
They are also part of one of the only No-Gacha research Cat Combos, Aerial Recon. However, this combo is useless if you have access to more efficient combos such as Biohazard and Bony Bone, or one of the Uber Rare research combos.
True Form[]
Manic Flying Cat gains more attack power and range in True Form. This makes Manic Flying Cat much more competent for DPS, as the increase in range is the most important out of the two, being the same as Can Can Cat. Unfortunately, due to the aforementioned cost of the unit, it is still situational in place of better area attackers for the situation (Paris Cat, Drama Cats, Cameraman Cat, Ring Girl Cat, Seafarer Cat etc.).
Aside from the boosts in True Form, Manic Flying Cat is notably part of an efficient Unit Attack Up M combo, Land-Air Assault, which can be put to great use on all other units you're bringing.

Appearance[]
- Normal Form: A Bird Cat that has the same blank stare as the other Crazed Cats. Its wings are now darker. The lower body, as well as the wings, are tipped with darkness.
- Evolved Form: The underside of the body is completely filled with darkness. The UFO beam rod(?) is much more complex. Attack animation is now a small explosion. There seems to be several small, hidden contraptions around the bottom, some resembling limbs.
- True Form: It now resembles a city being obliterated in a nuclear explosion. Below it are a few dark tendrils, as well as a purple gem. To attack, it focuses power in this crystal, then fires it out, creating an explosion. The power of this attack causes some recoil, knocking it back a bit.

Trivia[]
- Just as The Flying Cat is a reference to Laputa from the Studio Ghibli film Laputa: Castle in the Sky, Manic Flying Cat is a reference to the castle after the destruction spell cast at the end of the movie. The attack's explosion is also similar to the one launched by the castle.
