Crazed Moneko has low range, many knockbacks and a multi-hit attack with a 100% chance of creating a Lv. 5 Wave Attack on the third hit that has a 50% Critical Chance.
Strategy[]
When fighting Crazed Moneko by herself, it is sufficient to send out no meatshields or only an occasional Crazed Macho Cat to trigger her attack animation. As long as no units with a range under 240 are deployed during her attack, she will be unable to produce a Wave Attack, making her much less of a threat. When there are other enemies on the battlefield, then just enough meatshields must be deployed to keep your backline attackers safe without allowing her to hit anything with her last attack.
It is ill-advised to use Metal Cat or other meatshields/close-ranged attackers that can survive the first two hits of Crazed Moneko's attack without getting knocked back, as they can easily give her a chance to unleash her Wave, and Metal Cat is at risk of being destroyed by a Critical Hit. The only Wave Shields that won't backfire on the player are Eva Unit-00, Hatsune Miku: MM2020 Tokyo and Doom Engine Pandora, as they have enough range to avoid her attacks.
Corrupted Moneko has identical stats to Crazed Moneko, the only difference being that Corrupted Moneko appears at 100% strength magnification while Crazed Moneko only appears at 12% and 50%.
Multi-Hit (20,000 at 4f 0.13s, 20,000 at 19f 0.63s, 20,000 at 139f 4.63s) 100% chance to create a level 5 Wave Attack on third hit 50% chance to perform a Critical Hit on third hit

Trivia[]
At 100% strength magnification, Crazed Moneko has the exact same stats as Corrupted Moneko. The difference is that Crazed Moneko only appears at 12% or 50% strength magnification, while Corrupted Moneko is at full strength in all of her appearances.
Along with Corrupted Moneko, she was the first enemy to have an ability that only activates on one part of a multi-hit attack.
