• When the base reaches 99% HP:

Strategy

At first glance, this might seem like a fearsome Zombie stage, but this can essentially be treated like a regular EoC Outbreak stage. Meatshields and general attackers can still handle this stage. Additionally, any strong wave attackers or anti-zombies can help make this a breeze. If you can handle the outbreaks from EoC2, this should be like any of those.
