Croakley has slow movement speed (3) with a long attack range (900), his area of effect is also far away. (1100~1400) His attack power is not so high. but it guarantees Slow effect to all Cats for a minute, which may as well be death. This enemy is similar to Queen B.
Strategies
If Croakley is alone, even the slowest and weakest of Cats can defeat it. If it's paired with a more powerful enemy (like The Face or Berserkory in its debut stage), wave attacks or Long-Distance attacks can be used to pick it off from a safe distance.
Since Croakley moves faster than The Face, it can be dealt with in its debut stage using Awakened Bahamut and Doctor Cat. Simply lure Croakley close to the Cat Base, unleash A. Bahamut (preferably with support from Manic Island Cat), and spam Doctor Cat. With luck, A. Bahamut will do enough damage to knockback Croakley several times, then Doctor Cat will move The Face out of the way, opening the path for A. Bahamut to finish Croakley off.
