Don't care about the 1,200% The Face, even though it has a health of 1.2 million. All you have to care about is the Shy Boys and Mooths.
Bring Macho Cat, Tank/Wall Cat, Boogie/Samba Cat, Salon/Paris Cat, and Bahamut Cat. Using a Speed Up, or Cat CPU, and Rich Cat can be helpful if you are struggling. Any cats that can slow or freeze Red/Floating enemies will be of great use. Knockback is not a good option as it may cause other units like Bahamut Cat to miss.
At the start, send out your first Bahamut Cat (send a Tank Cat with it if you want). Once you can send out your second Bahamut Cat, send it out and in 2 seconds, turn on the Cat CPU if you brought it, if not then start spamming everything. When the base is hit, the Shy Boys will come out.
It's natural if the first Bahamut Cat dies, so don't worry if that happens. Your cats should be able to maintain the frontlines for some time and Bahamut should kill the Mooths, though the Shy Boys will eventually crunch through. The Mooths give about 7,000¢ each, so send out everything you have after killing them. When they are nearby the base, they will most likely be defeated. Once the Shy Boys die, the battle is easy as The Face is too slow to do much.
Nothing strong comes out of the base until you hit it. Abuse of this to max out your Cat Worker and to fill your Cat Wallet.
Start out with sending out Wall/Eraser Cats and upgrading your Worker Cat to max and letting your wallet fill. After stalling and waiting, send out less-powerful traited attackers such as Sadako Cat, Necromancer Cat, good ranged attackers such as Cyborg Cat and Dragon Cat and optionally Face Cat to specifically deal with the Shy Boys. (Make sure to send out meatshields such as Macho/Mohawk Cat, Wall/Eraser Cat and Samba Cat too!) After doing that which should only make a small dent in your wallet, start sending out Valkyrie Cat (Holy Preferred) and Bahamut Cat, along with any strong Ubers you have (Preferably Anti-Floating) and then head towards the base. Use the time you have where you attack the base until it reaches 50% health to spam more meatshields. Once the Mooth and Shy Boys rush towards your front lines, keep sending out a steady stream of meatshields and Anti-Floating/Red units to help protect your more powerful units. Since there are 2 buffed Shy Boys along with 2 buffed Mooths, they can shred your meatshields and get to your attackers and kill them, so don't stop sending out wave after wave. When the cooldown for more powerful units is over, save up while also spamming longer-ranged units mentioned earlier. Continue this process until beating the stage. Sniper The Cat is recommended in the earlier parts to not waste any money for killing peons and can also help chip away damage at the Shy Boys. After killing the main threats just keep spamming units and high-attackers to kill it.
