Strategy/Usage
Delinquent Cat has high health, decent range and high DPS, along with the ability to freeze Floating enemies.
Adding onto this, because a lot of short-ranged bosses are Floating, Delinquent Cat is useful for a large number of early stages and, when decently leveled, he can take on many of the Cyclone, Bun Bun and Face variants, but his use is drastically reduced after early-game, as Cameraman Cat stacks replace him for DPS, while Sanzo Cat or Necro-Dancer Cat replace him as anti-Floating crowd-controllers due to their more reliable abilities, shorter cooldown and cheaper cost.
True Form
Although Ultra Delinquent Cat can freeze Relics and is immune to Curse, the usefulness of these abilities is questionable due to the faults of his previous forms which are his low chance to freeze without stacking and long cooldown preventing reliable stacking. Most Relics also outranging him do not help his case, so he can only reliably freeze Oldhorn, Relic Doge, Sir Rel and the Primeval Cyclone. It is recommended to save any Elder Catfruit owned for other units first, such as Slapstick Cats.
Talents
There isn't much to say about this unit's talents, for all do the same thing: make Delinquent a better generalist. Sadly, the relatively low survivability stays, along with the high cost and long cooldown, keeping this unit below the levels reachable by his competition. If you do decide to invest in Delinquent Cat anyways, it is important to mention that at most, with strengthen and savage blow, Delinquent Cat's DPS can reach up to 7,200, three times a standard Super Rare! Do keep in mind that his savage blow chance is only 10% at most. Multi-hit does increase the activation chance of the savage blow as well, but not by much.

Trivia
- Delinquent Cat is a direct reference to Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. His attack animation is identical to how Jotaro uses his Stand, Star Platinum in the anime/manga.
- After the events of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro Kujo can stop time for 2 seconds, just like how Delinquent Cat can freeze Floating enemies for 2 seconds.
- In the story, Jotaro Kujo could move while time was stopped by one of his opponents, which may be referenced by Angry Delinquent Cat's immunity to Freeze.
- In Ultra Delinquent Cat's description, he is known as the 'King of the Angry Fist', which could be a reference to Kenshiro, the Fist of The North Star, as both mastered a distinct fighting style.
- Prior to the BCEN 3.6. update, this unit was called Deliquent Cat.
- In The Battle Cats POP!, Angry Delinquent Cat is called Brawler Cat.
