Strategy/Usage[]
Delinquent Cat has high health, decent range and high DPS, along with the ability to freeze Floating enemies and a multi-hit to increase his activation chance. Adding onto this, because a lot of short-ranged bosses are Floating, Delinquent Cat is useful for a large number of early stages and, when decently leveled, he can take on many of the Cyclone, Bun Bun and Face variants. However, his use is drastically reduced after early-game, as Cameraman Cat stacks replace him for DPS, while Sanzo Cat or Necro-Dancer Cat replace him as anti-Floating crowd-controllers due to their more reliable abilities, shorter cooldown and cheaper cost.
True Form[]
Although Ultra Delinquent Cat has higher range, curse immunity, more health and can additionally disable Relic enemies, the usefulness of these abilities is questionable due to him still having all the faults of his previous form, which are his low chance to freeze and long recharge time preventing reliable stacking. Most Relics also outrange him, so he can only consistently freeze Oldhorn, Relic Doge, Sir Rel and the Primeval Cyclone, or in stages where Floating enemies are backed by the Relic Doge Base and you must fight within range of it. You won't be using this True Form often, so it is recommended to prioritize spending your Elder Catfruit on Slapstick Cats, Awakened Ururun and Awakened Mina instead as they tend to see much more use.
Talents[]
There isn't much to say about Ultra Delinquent Cat's Talents, for all do the same thing: make Delinquent a better generalist. Sadly, the relatively low survivability stays, along with the high cost and long cooldown, keeping him below the levels reachable by his competition. If you do decide to invest in Ultra Delinquent Cat anyways, it is important to mention that at most, with Strengthen and Savage Blow, Ultra Delinquent Cat's DPS can reach up to 7,200, three times that of a standard Super Rare! Do keep in mind that his Savage Blow chance is only 10% at most. Multi-Hit does increase the activation chance of the Savage Blow significantly, but the chances are too low regardless for him to be effective.

Trivia[]
- Delinquent Cat is a direct reference to Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- Jotaro debuted as a delinquent, and they both share a similar attire.
- His attack animation is identical to how Jotaro uses his Stand, Star Platinum.
- After the events of Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro's stand can stop time for 2 seconds, just like how Delinquent Cat can freeze Floating enemies for 2 seconds.
- Also during Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro Kujo was able to move in spite of DIO freezing time, which is referenced by Angry Delinquent Cat's immunity to Freeze.
- While Jotaro Kujo is undoubtedly the main inspiration for his design, Angry Delinquent Cat could also be a reference to Masami Iwaki from Dokaben, whose typical look includes a student cap that meshes with his hair and a two-leaved twig in his mouth.
- Ultra Delinquent Cat's Japanese name, Osu! Neko Bancho ("'Yes Sir!' Bancho Cat"), is a reference to Osu! Bancho, a Pachislo machine series. One of its characters, Kongou Todoroki, is a Jotaro lookalike with long hair similar to that of Ultra Delinquent Cat's "Stand". Ultra Delinquent Cat's description even mentions pachinko.
- He is one of the many Cats who were given Multi-Hit in Version 6.0.
- Prior to BCEN Version 3.6, Delinquent Cat's name was misspelled as Deliquent Cat.
- In The Battle Cats POP!, Angry Delinquent Cat is called Brawler Cat.
