Dhalsim has low attack power, medium health, decent range and the ability to weaken the attack power of cats by 50%. It is essentially a support enemy, so alone it is very easy to deal with.

It is mainly used as a support enemy, so its better to take charge of frontliners first, but the best way is to use high damage units or Rushers like Bahamut Cat to get rid of it quickly.
Turn the animation on and off using the switch in the upper left. Clicking the viewer background enables scrolling and zooming with the mouse if on desktop.
