This enemy is an A.I. statue that has the green gem often found on Relic enemies. It attacks by charging a pulse before firing it at the ground, creating a green explosion. Red eyes glares during attack animation. It isn't considered as a Floating enemy despite levitating slightly over the ground.
Although it stands from a range of 500, it has Omni Strike of -500~700, meaning even units such as Aphrodite cannot hit it. Due to its large area of effect, it is difficult to attack safely, and up to 3 can be seen in its debut stage. Its extremely hard to land any hits on it due to the other enemies.
Its attack power is relatively low though (Still powerful to deal painful blows to A. Bahamut), taking 3 hits to kill a Manic Eraser Cat, although, due to 3 spawning it may be harder to get through.
It has rather slow attack speed, so if one can line up its attack, It is possible to sneak in Awakened Bahamut or Maglev Cat. Once hit, a unit is effectively permanently Cursed, since the curse effect lasts 10 seconds but Dogumaru's attacks hits every 4.6 seconds, so any trait-specific abilities they have are removed.
Strategy
Slapstick Cats work very well against Dogumaru, dealing heavy damage and being able to take a few hits.
Even though 3 of them spawn in Primitive Souls, there is a rather large amount of time between each of them. The first spawns 46.7 seconds in, the second 106.7 seconds in, and the third 173.3 seconds in. Because the first takes 46.7 seconds to arrive, the stage can be rushed and potentially beaten before the Dogumaru can even spawn.
Ultimate Mecha-Bun does suprisingly well against Dogumaru, doing a solid 12,750 damage and having 102,000 health at level 30. As long as there are no Dark Otters around, Mecha-Bun can do a lot of damage before it is killed.
