Start by using Can Can and Bullet Train to kill the initial Wild Doge. Then start spamming all the non-Combo Cats, and keep on spamming them the entire level. There isn't much else to do, just make sure to time Awakened Bahamut to hit FOLIVOREAN for decent damage.
