Dragon League Swordsman is a Rare Cat that was added in Version 3.1.1 and can be unlocked when beating any stage from the Dragon League and Battle Cats collaboration event.

Strategy/Usage

This unit has pretty much no use at all, regardless of where in the game you are. Early in the game, his stats are very poor, his upgrade cost is too high to improve his usage and there are always better picks for his role, such as Tank Cat, Axe Cat, and Gross Cat. Later on, his pathetic range makes him nothing more than a meatshield whose speed and cost are easily outclassed by other, more common meatshields, such as Cat, Tank Cat and their Crazed counterparts, especially against Black enemies, as they deal too much damage against Dragon League Swordsman, even with his ability. A spammed horde of Dragon League Swordsmen could barely hold off some Doge Darks, as their base stats are simply too low.

Appearance

• Normal Form: A pitch-black knight wielding a sword, with a red gem on his chest and red markings on his helmet.
• Evolved Form: A pitch-black witch with solid red eyes wielding a staff, with the same red gem on their chest as Dragon League Swordsman. Attacks by creating a blue projectile from their staff.
