Strategy/Usage[]
Droid Cat's cheap cost and resistance against Metal enemies might seem promising, but sadly, its recharge time and slow movement speed make it too unreliable in maintaining your defense. Even with higher cost and lower health, Noodle Cats outperform it as an anti-Metal meatshield. It can't really tank high DPS Metal enemies from mid-game or end-game, such as Koronium or Sir Metal Seal. This makes him only worth getting for either collection purposes and/or the Cat Food reward.
True Form[]
SpringDroid is blessed with a decrease in cooldown. However, its cooldown is still very long. Like its previous forms, it still gets outclassed by Noodle Cats, who already perform badly against mid-game or late-game Metal enemies. Due to this, you will barely find any use in him once you progress through the game.

Trivia[]
- Although its description implies that this unit gets improved resistance to Metal enemies in its True Form, the only stat that changes is its recharge time.
- In the Cat Guide, Equip and Upgrade Menus, Droid Cat is situated between Reindeer Fish Cat and Adult Cat, instead of with the other Collaboration Cats.
