The stage width on this level is fairly small, with Sunfish Jones being able to reach almost the entire stage just from his spawn. Speaking of, Sunfish Jones is the boss enemy, spawning after approximately 6 seconds. He is not very strong, so stalling him or using the small period given to damage him. Around 35 seconds into the level, a Berserkory will spawn, and after another 15 or so seconds, a second Berserkory will spawn. Periodically, throughout the entire level, a single Gabriel will spawn every 10-13 seconds. These three enemies are the only unique enemies in the level, with the Gabriel spawns being unlimited.
One of the easiest strategies, and most reliable ones, for this level is to use Island Cat and Manic Island Cat. While there is a Sunfish Jones, his damage actually turns out to be fairly negligible in the end, meaning that the use of Island+Manic Island, along with Jamiera and Manic Jamiera is recommended. Using Strong UP combos or Cat Defense UP combos is recommended because it will make your units more tanky, especially the Islands against the Berserkorys if you use Strong combos.
