Eva Unit-00 is an Uber Rare Cat that can be unlocked by playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Evangelion Collaboration Event. It was added in Version 6.10.

Strategy/Usage

Despite its high health and resistance to Angel/Floating threats, Eva Unit-00 is actually a rather subpar tanker, primarily due to its very long cooldown, slow attacks, no offensive abilities for common enemies, as well as how these targets can already be countered fairly easily. Many Angel and Floating enemies are aggressive pushers, and it merely serves as a second line of defense with little hopes of beating them without backup. Instead, its main niche is its range of 350, which allows it to avoid many wave-generating attacks and still block waves. It is even able to protect all units with less range than itself from such attacks, greatly improving its matchup with all types of support against many wave attackers. As it tends to avoid threats itself rather than being disposable like its lower-ranged equivalents, Eva Unit-00 is less vulnerable in general, but also may not adapt accordingly to frontline shifts, where any ground gained leaves more room for enemy wave generation.
