This stage has no official name.

Eldritch Forces Invasion is a special stage that appears in 4♛ Laboratory of Relics after clearing all Stories of Legend sub-chapters on all Crown difficulties, much like a Zombie Outbreak or Filibuster Invasion. Upon completion, Eldritch Forces will be back to normal and Idi:N will be unlocked. This is a No Continues stage like the original Eldritch Forces, so using Cat Food to continue or force-closing the app to restart without using energy is not allowed.

Strategy[]

Do not focus on variety: instead, bring as many Cat Combos as you can and the few cats that will allow you to win. Mystic Uril is strongly recommended to slow the boss, as due to her extreme damage, any other approach that relies on tanking Idi:Re or weakening her is doomed to fail. Being a 4♛ stage, the same restrictions apply here.

Strategy 1[]

Lineup: Various basic Combos (attack, worker, research, defense etc.), Cameraman Cat, Ramen Cat, Jellycat, Mystic Uril, two more cats of your choice (at least another meatshield unless using "Research" Effect UP Combos.) Thanks to Mini-Saurus, Li'l Mohawk Cat will fit in both criteria along with the use of Catasaurus). Levels used ideally should be over 50 along with Talent buffs; the stage is doable but immensely harder without.

Lineup: Cameraman Cat, Ramen Cat, Slime Cat, Assassin BearCat, Mystic Uril, Awakened Bahamut Cat

Cannon: Thunderbolt

Items: Rich cat

Notes:

  • As Cameraman Cat is already part of this strategy, the Combo Little Warriors is really useful here. Additionally, a Li'l Eraser with this Combo can help if at a high enough level.
  • The first four slots can be used for various Combos (attack, worker, research, defense etc.).
  • An extra meatsheild
  • Mini-Saurus, works wonderfully, filling the requirements for an extra meatsheild and cat-combo.
  • Two slots can be used for units of your choice, be wise.(The lineup above is using Assassin BearCat and Awakened Bahamut Cat as an example.)

Battle: Start by summoning the fastest unit you have (Jellycat) and start spamming Ramen Cats. You should quickly have a solid line of defense, so add Cameraman Cat too and upgrade the Worker Cat to level 3 (if you aren't using Rich Cat). From now on, the fight should almost be a stalemate. The enemies will push every once in a while, so you need to use Jellycat, by either spamming it or timing it, to allow its powerful waves to hit the enemy peons. You should also use the Thunderbolt Cannon to freeze Idi:Re and and give Slime the chance to deliver a free hit. If the last unit is Uril or Talented Rodeo Cat, use them only when Idi:Re is more than halfway to your base (In case of Uril or any expensive unit you may bring be sure to spawn them *ONLY* when you know your wallet is stable and won't be the cause of a loss). It may take a couple of attempts to get used to the timings, but, unless your units are under-leveled (which would be extremely unlikely, considering the requirements to reach this stage) or the last unit picked is useless here, like Modern Cat, this stage should go down relatively easily.

Strategy 2[]

Lineup: Biohazard, Bony Bone, Little Warriors, Li'l Eraser Cat 50+9, Cameraman Cat 50+22, Assassin BearCat 50, Awakened Ururun 40, Mystic Uril 30, Ramen Cat 50+17, Jellycat 50

Cannon: Thunderbolt

Items: Rich Cat

Notes: If you have any better research combos, use them instead

Battle: Deploy Li'l Erasers constantly during the whole battle. Idi will approach shortly after the level begins, along with a Relic Doge. An occasional Slime, preferably aided by Thunderbolt, can significantly damage Relic Doges whist chipping Idi and the remaining enemies. Erasers, Ramen and Cameraman can take out the Relic Doges, but it's recommended to add Master Uril as soon as possible if it doesn't starve your funds. He'll be helpful in keeping Idi slowed. When Gory Black arrives, stop spamming Cameraman as you need Assassin BearCat to quickly neutralize him. Both the Heavenly Hippoe and Imperator Sael will require a constant spam of Cameraman and Ramen to consistently stall. If Ururun is on the field, there's no need to spam too many Cameraman, as deploying Ururun will deplete a large amount of your funds and she already provides enough DPS to quickly demolish the three peons. Her KB ability may backfire, so you should reconsider when to deploy Uril in the future. Eventually the endurance battle will draw to a close after depleting all of Idi's HP, after which you can push to the base and finish the stage.

Strategy 3[]

Lineup: Biohazard + Bony Bone + Horror Movies, Ramen Cat (50+24), Jellycat (50), Cameraman Cat (50+31), Assassin BearCat (50), Dancer Cat (50)

Lineup: Biohazard, Bony Bone, Horror Movies, Ramen Cat 50+25, Slime Cat 50, Cameraman Cat 50+25, Assassin BearCat 50, Dancer Cat 50

Items: speed up, rich cat

Notes:

  • Cannon: Do not use the cat cannon. This will ruin your run.
  • Notes: Dancer Cat should be fully talented except for immunity to freeze and Cameraman Cat should have MAX survive talent. If you can, talent Cameraman Cat with attack-up and Ramen Cat's defence-up and attack-up.
  • Speed up isn't mandatory, the stage just takes long.

Battle: Right after the boss wave, start spawning Ramen Cat constantly during the whole battle. Jellycat should also be spawned right after Idi attacks. After building a sufficient wall of Ramen Cats, summon a Dancer Cat, and remember to ONLY have 1 Dancer Cat on the field at all times. When Gory black appears, start spamming Assasin BearCat until it is dead. When Heavenly Hippoe and Imperator Sael appear, start spawning in Cameramen until those two are dead. Jellycat should be spawned when too many enemies are on the battlefield or when Idi just attacked and there is an opening. When Idi is strengthened, start to spam Cameraman Cat. This strategy can take a long time, so a Speed Up is recommended. Remember to never fire the cat cannon or you risk losing the stage. After a long fight, Idi should die and your stack should easily defeat the support and beat the base, finishing the stage.
