Flappy Cat is the sixth Crazed Cat Stage. It appears on the 18th of every month.

Battleground

Upon starting the battle, the boss (Crazed Bird Cat) will appear.

After 1 minute, the enemy's base will spawn Rain D. roughly every 60~70 seconds. Later, the Enemy Base will spawn 1 Bore. Bore respawns about every 3 Rain D.

After 15 or more minutes, Ms. Sign and a Shy Boy will be spawned. Both respawn every 2-5 minutes approximately. You should be able to beat the stage before Shy Boy appears, but even if he does, Crazed Whale should be able to kill it with ease.

Strategies

Just Sending out 1 Awakened Bahamut can already drain almost 50% of crazed birds health if you time him correctly, but it's likely you will not have beaten into the future 3 yet unless you have really good alien dps units. It also has 25500 HP at lv30, so it'll die in 3 hits.

With proper spawning, money gained from defeating Bores and Rain Ds, and Sniper the Cat, the player can stall Crazed Bird nearly forever. Rich Cat and Cat CPU are recommended for this stage.

Important information you should know is that Rain D. has 20 knockbacks, making it take a large amount of time to kill. For every 4500 damage, it is knocked back.

Crazed Bird has no knockbacks until death, so units like Jamiera Cat (units which are able to knockback floating) would be useful as they can knockback the boss. If the unit doesn't have more than 12000 HP, it might not be wise to use it, since that is how much damage Crazed Bird does.

Sadako Cat is a very useful unit if you do have it, as it can weaken the boss, and takes only 1/4 of the damage from it. At level 20 it has 19200 base hp, so it'll be able to tank approx 4 hits, 8 hits if weakened, however it's low range makes it die from Rain D quite quickly.

Strategy 1

LineupCrazed Macho CatCrazed Wall Cat, Eraser Cat, Crazed Brave Cat, 3 attackers, Jamiera Cat and Crazed Bahamut Cat. The main attackers in this lineup are Macho Leg, Crazed Sexy Legs and King Dragon.

The attackers can be: Dragons, Legs, Cyborg or something similar; if you have a good uber for this, such as Super Galaxy Cosmo or Tesalan Pasalan, put them in place of one of the attackers.

Replace Crazed Brave for another Bore Killer if you have better stuff.

Requirements: 300% Empire of Cats Treasures, Normal Cats at level 20+10, Crazed Bahamut Cat at level 20.  At this level, all of the cats (except Crazed Macho Cat) will survive at least 2 hits from the boss.

Items: Rich Cat, Sniper the Cat and Cat CPU.

Begin the battle, turn off the Cat CPU and spam Crazed Wall Cats. When the first Rain D. comes out, start spamming Macho Leg Cats. When the second Rain D. appears, spam Crazed Macho Cats. Occasionally, spawn a King Dragon Cat or Crazed Sexy Legs Cat when the third Rain D. appears. By now, you should have enough money to spawn a Crazed Bahamut Cat. Only spawn him and turn on the Cat CPU when the Bore appears. The CPU will auto-spawn any available cats, unless the Worker Cat's level is not high enough. When the Bore dies, turn off the CPU and repeat the process.

Strategy 2 (ft. Metal Cat)

Lineup: Cat Army Combo, Metal Cat (lvl 10), Sadako (lvl 15 min), Necromancer Cat (lvl 30), Crazed Bahamut Cat (lvl 30), any unit with high DPS.

Items: Sniper the Cat, Speed Up and Rich Cat. Cat CPU only helps when Bore is near but bring it if you don't wanna deal with him yourself.

At the beginning, summon Metal, Necromancer and Sadako (one of each) to try and delay Crazed Bird as long as possible without spending too much. Once Rain D. shows up, let them die and lure Rain D. As soon as he's near the base, meatshield and summon a high DPS cat of your choice. Once Rain D. dies, summon Metal, Necromancer and Sadako again and hope that your DPS cat hits the boss. Once Bore and Rain D. spawn the same cats you used against Rain D. but with the addition of Bahamut.

WARNING: Do not use Bahamut at any other time or the timing will be off and Bore will overpower your DPS cat, resulting in a loss. The same goes for your DPS cat - mess up the timing and Rain D. will kill you.

Strategy 3 (Cheese)

Bring Sniper the Cat.

When the battle starts, wait for the Crazed Bird Cat to come halfway to the base, then send Metal Macho. Send out Awakened Bahamut immediately after Crazed Bird hits. Fire the Cat Cannon about 1.46 sec (timer required) after Bahamut is sent out. He should be lodged in the middle of Crazed Bird Cat. Then turn on the Sniper, and since Crazed Bird is knocked back, Awakened Bahamut can now attack the base before Rain D. even comes out.

Strategy 4 (ft. Sadako Cat)

Sadako Cat can carry you to finish the stage. iCat is there to freeze the Bores. It is also theoretically possible to end this stage within 10 minutes.

Lineup: Macho Cat, Wall Cat, their Crazed counterparts, iCat (True Form is mandatory), Sadako Cat (Octo Cat also works), Paris Cat/Cyborg Cat (min. level 35), Swordsman Cat, Butterfly Cat, a LD Uber or Polevaulter.

Items: Rich Cat is needed, and Sniper the Cat is useful when knocking back the boss. A Cat CPU can also be used if you're lazy.

This strategy is fairly straightforward, as it only requires a few timings at the start. Save up money until a Rain D. appears. At this moment, put out a few meatshields and a Cyborg or two, and summon the LD unit. Deploy Sadako now. Once the Rain D. is dead, spam everything. The Bores shouldn't be a real threat now.

Strategy 5

Lineup: Mohawk Cat (20+10) Crazed Macho Cat (20) Eraser Cat (20+10) Crazed Wall Cat (20) Macho Leg Cat (20+10) Crazed Sexy Legs Cat (15) King Dragon Cat (20+10) (could be replaced with Crazed Variant if preferred) Awakened Bahamut Cat (30).

Items: Sniper Cat, Rich Cat (optional).

This strat allows you to beat the stage before the Bore even shows up (aka before 3 minutes).

So you first save up for Bahamut, stall out the Rain D. Make sure to, while at this, knock back Bird Cat towards the base. Launch A. Bahamut to kill the first Rain D. Let it die. It should recharge by the time your sniper knocks Crazed Bird all the way inside of the base, so when it does so, unleash A Bahamut and hope for the best. Its important to use a Cat Cannon that fires or recharges quick, as that'll get the stage beat faster.

Trivia

  • Flappy Cat is named after the fairly brief "sensation" game called Flappy Bird. The game was a huge hit in spite of having little to no gameplay. Ultimately it caused a lot of stress to the creator and was removed for reasons that will not be explained here.
  • Although the Crazed Bird is the boss, it can be knocked back behind the base.
  • Every variant of this stage (Tiny Wings, Forest Beasts, Flappy Cat) has Rain D within the stage.
