Great Angel Chibinel (大天使チビネル, Daitenshi Chibineru, Archangel Chibinel) is an Angel/Colossus variant of Cruel Angel Clionel that appears in Legend Stages and the Zombie Outbreaks of Cats of the Cosmos Chapter 2.
Enemy[]
A son of Cruel Angel Clionel, this enemy works somewhat like an Angel/Colossus variant of Tackey. Like J.J. Jackrabbit, Great Angel Chibinel's first appearance is at 200% strength magnification, giving him the same damage as Tackey but roughly 2.7x as much health. His attack doesn't reach as far as Tackey's but hits much closer to where it triggers, making it more difficult to enter his blind spot - especially when he has a 100% chance to slow and weaken all units hit for 3 seconds.
Strategy[]
Chibinel isn't very difficult with his low DPS, but can easily become annoying when factoring in the debuffs, which are annoying when dealing with other pushers which can cover Chibinel's blindspot, like R.Ost. He generally can be rushed down from his massive blind spot with melee units such as Can Can Cat. Otherwise, snipers like Manic Macho Legs, Housewife Cat and Storm Beast Naala can be used to chip him down from afar, taking him out relatively quickly.

- Chibinel's name is a portmanteau of chibi, meaning "small" or "little", and Clionel.
- Strangely, Chibinel's English and Japanese descriptions provide opposite motives for his receiving genome surgery. The Japanese description says he wanted to be compared to his great parents, whereas in BCEN it says he wanted to avoid such comparisons.
- Interestingly enough, this unit’s EN description refers to his “Pops”, Implying that not only was Cruel Angel Clionel married at some point, but her ex-husband is the owner of a successful business organization.
- Cruel Angel Clionel’s EN description confirms her status as a single parent, implying that they have since separated. She has also taken custody of at least some of her children.
- Chibinel’s EN description suggests that he may be on shaky terms with his father, despite the job opportunities that come with being his son.
