The biggest difference between Floor 21 and Attack on R-Cyclone is the addition of hard-hitting midrangers to the enemy formation: Capy and Blitzen. Using Fortune Teller Cat or Pirate Cat becomes counterproductive, as their knockback effects can push the Red Cyclone away, putting all other units within reach of enemy midrangers. Income is also rather scarce, so make the best out of them when the Shy Boys arrive. Traditional Meatshielding proves to be effective if Red Cyclone has been properly countered by CC units, as most other enemies (especially Capy) are weak against them.
Heavy hitting or anti-Red Area attackers are almost required. The Capys guard the Cyclone, while both will shred through any defense you have. Thundia can be a good choice, for her power and triple damage against Reds. Once the Capys are gone, then the Red Cyclone is left defenseless against knockbacks, freezes, etc.

  +
To capitalize on anti-Red and anti-Floating units, it is recommended you have 100% Blood and Sky Fruit Treasures from all three chapters of Into the Future when attempting this stage.
Knockbacks can be very helpful, as to keep the heavy hitters away from your units/base. Kubiluga is helpful in this manner. Dread Pirate Catley is also helpful, especially when stacked up.

  +
Recommended Units
  +
*Courier Cat - A very strong specialist LD attacker, Courier's Massive Damage ability against Red enemies makes it an excellent addition to this stage. When given the chance, Courier can melt through these threats like a hot knife through butter.
  +
*iCat - iCat's 100% chance to Freeze Red enemies for 2 seconds helps at the start of the battle and against Red Cyclone, but with its low range and long recharge it should not be your only source of defense.
  +
*Sanzo - Sanzo, being a midranged disposable CC, has 20% chance to Slow Floating enemies for 4 seconds, and can act as a second line of defense to delay Red Cyclone in case if iCat falls. Any potential drawbacks are easily negated by the fact Red Cyclone has only one knockback, and therefore won't reposition. This allows your LD units to continue whittling other Red threats with ease.

Money is not too much of a problem, as the B.B.Bunnys at the start produce a good amount of cash, but maintaining it can be a problem.

An actual spam to win. Just get Mobius and Ururun into the fight ASAP against the starting Shy Boy, then the big wave of Capies, Blitzen and Red Cyclone. Can likely replace Mobius with Raiden or Kamukura.

Start the battle by spawning one Manic Macho Legs, some meatshields and your crowd-controllers. Once the B.B.Bunnies are dead, you should have enough money to stall the Shy Boys. After they are slowed down by Sanzo Cat, deploy Bahamut Cat if your Worker Cat is around level 4~5. After they are dead, max your Worker Cat and don't spawn any more units. If your Bahamut Cat isn't in True Form, use the Cat Cannon to clear out the peons so your meatshields can rush the base.

Once the boss fight starts, let the enemies kill your units, wait till some support units reach the base (or near your Crazed Bahamut if you used it), turn on the Cat CPU and watch the beautiful scenery. Sanzo Cat and co. should be able to stall Red Cyclone while your damage dealers will take care of the Capies. Once the Capies are dead, turn off the CPU and just spam meatshields, Manic Macho Legs and Crazed Dragons.
Strategy 3 (Uberless):
Powerups used: None but bringing a CPU and Rich cat will speed up the process.

* Units: 3 75$ MS (I used Manic Mohawk lvl 20, Mohawk lvl 20 and Gold Cat lvl 30) Jiangshi, Sanzo, iCat or anything that freezes red (I used Gentlemen Bros) Manic Macho Legs lvl 20 (Crazed can be used but MML recommended), Crazed Dragon lvl 20 (if manic the better), Awakened Bahamut (can be crazed if you prefer a stable, more longer battle) and any other area attack unit that outranges Capy Pole Vaulter

Your main problem will not be the horde of Capy's spawning, but the 200% Red Cyclone. So stalling it with Sanzo is key.

Walkthrough
Start the battle by spawning one MML, some MS and your proccers (Sanzo & a "Freeze red" unit). Once the Bunny's are dead you should have enough money to stall the 2 buffed Red Faces. After they are slowed down by Sanzo deploy your Awakened / Crazed Bahamut (before killing the faces make sure your wallet is around 4-5). After they are dead max your wallet and dont spawn any more units (if you used Crazed use Cat cannon to clear out the peons then your ms should rush the base instead)

In in strat I don't use the iCat, since it dies quickly from the Blitzen's charge. MML is also not used, as it is not quite functional in the lineup.

The strat uses a combination of functional units: 4 meatshields cheap enough for the CPU ON mode, Sanzo to slow the Red Cyclone, Ururun to create chance of pushing the frontline, spammable AOE hitter, and heavy hitters. Here is an explanation of the lineup possibilities:

Row1: 3 cheapest meatshields (e.g. Manic Mohawk , Mohawk , and Gold Cat. True form of the li'l cat may also be used since it is cheaper), A meatshield that bears two hits from any enemy (Jiangshi)

Execution: Turn off the CPU. Stall the faces using Row 1 cats and also the AOE hitter. After the faces are dead, your wallet is maxed and you can stop spamming. Your money can be nearly full when the enemies process about 40% of the stage length. Now start spamming Row 1. When you feel that the red evil enemy troops almost can't progress, deploy the heavy hitters as the row 1 never stops being idle. This takes some practicing but it can be done in the order of "MMMMS, MMMMH", where "M, S, H" stand for meatshield, Sanzo, and heavy hitter. Once your heavy hitters are out, turn on the CPU and watch a beautiful scenery.

Optional: When all Capies are killed, you can choose to turn off the CPU or you will face the risk that your CPU prioritizes your more expensive cats, leaving gaps of meatshielding.

Not to be confused with the Infernal Tower version of Floor 21.

Floor 21 is the 21st floor of Heavenly Tower. This is a No Continues stage.

Strategy

To capitalize on anti-Red and anti-Floating units, it is recommended you have 100% Blood and Sky Fruit Treasures from all three chapters of Into the Future when attempting this stage.

Recommended Units

 • Courier Cat - A very strong specialist LD attacker, Courier's Massive Damage ability against Red enemies makes it an excellent addition to this stage. When given the chance, Courier can melt through these threats like a hot knife through butter.
 • iCat - iCat's 100% chance to Freeze Red enemies for 2 seconds helps at the start of the battle and against Red Cyclone, but with its low range and long recharge it should not be your only source of defense.

Any potential drawbacks are easily negated by the fact Red Cyclone has only one knockback, and therefore won't reposition. This allows your LD units to continue whittling other Red threats with ease.

Strategy 1

Lineup: Rich and Poor, Crazed Macho Cat, Jiangshi Cat, Sanzo Cat, Enchantress Cat, Crazed Sexy Legs Cat 20, Crazed Dragon Cat 20, Bahamut Cat

Items: Cat CPU

Notes:

 • The first three slots are replacable with other meastshields.
 • Enchantress Cat can be replaced by other anti-Red Crowd Control.
 • Crazed Sexy Legs' true form is recommended.
 • The last slot can be dedicated to a unit that can safely chip down Capy
 • Bahamut's True form is optional.

Sanzo Cat and co. should be able to stall Red Cyclone while your damage dealers will take care of the Capies. Once the Capies are dead, turn off the CPU and just spam meatshields, Manic Macho Legs and Crazed Dragons.
