Hikaru Saotome is a Special Cat implemented in Version 3.4 and was obtainable during the Kishidan Collaboration Event. He could be unlocked by using a serial code from "Kishidan's CD (幸せにしかしねーから)", which is no longer possible due to serial codes being removed.

Strategy/Usage

Hikaru is virtually a weaker Kung Fu Cat on all fronts. Though Hikaru has decent stats, his recharge time massively drags down his usage below most other midrangers, including the aforementioned Kung Fu as well as Salon Cat and Actress Cat. Even Titan Cat's superior stats and useful tankiness put Hikaru's usability in Empire of Cats into question, the only place Hikaru could even hypothetically be useful.
