Strategy/Usage

Due to Homura's short range, lack of spammability, low proc chance for Freeze, single-target attacks, and low stats, Homura is unable to hold even a candle to Bombercat. Provided you have Bombercat, you will never use her, and instead use her for obtaining a higher User Rank.
