I'll Big Bug (Merciless) is the first stage in The Eldest Queen. This is a No Continues stage.

Restrictions[]

Deploy from Row 1 only

Battleground[]

  • Infinite Ginger Snaches spawn after 10 seconds300f, delay 14.67~21.33 seconds440f~640f.
  • 1 Queen Mother V spawns as the boss after 10 seconds300f.
  • 3 One Horns spawn after 40 seconds1,200f, delay 56~58.67 seconds1,680f~1,760f.
  • 1 Relic Doge spawns after 86.67 seconds2,600f.
  • 1 Relic Doge spawns after 160 seconds4,800f.
  • 2 Relic Doges spawn after 200 seconds6,000f, delay 12~16 seconds360f~480f.

Strategy[]

This stage is identical to I'll Be Bug, apart from greatly reducing the amount of available slots available. This often precludes the use of combos (and sometimes Ubers, which require extensive support to function properly) entirely, forcing players to bring only a few essential units critical for victory. The Thunderbolt Cannon may be necessary for timing.

Recommended Units[]

  • Roe Cat: A level 40+ Roe has the health to act as a tank against Professor A. with its Resistance and 20% Weaken chance against Red enemies, but only if timed properly to avoid Queen Mother V's attacks.
  • Courier Cat: Having LD attacks, high speed and Massive Damage against Reds, Courier can be used to quickly whittle down One Horns and Ginger Snaches (if they don't get into its blindspot) for other units to focus on taking out Professor A. While Roe's weaken is unreliable, when it does trigger a level 40+ Courier can actually hit Professor A.
  • Can Can Cat: Can Can's very high damage, low cost and Extra Money talent all help in picking off the annoying peons, but should not be relied upon when fighting Professor A.
  • Bullet Train Cat: Thanks to its incredibly high speed, Bullet Train continues to be a useful chipper that can guarantee at least one hit on Professor A. if the path is clear. It also comes into use at sniping other peons should the need arises.
  • Manic Island Cat: Manic Island continues to serve as a cost-effective anti-Red specialist that is strong against them, although the lack of combos can reduce its effectiveness.
  • Awakened Bahamut Cat: Bahamut, in many Uberless strategies, would be the main source of damage to Professor A. and can deal significant damage with proper timing, or if aided by Roe's anti-Red weaken/Thunderbolt. His speed helps him to evade Queen Mother V's attacks, but his low range and health makes it difficult to pull off once he enters the blindspot

Recommended Ubers[]

  • Pai-Pai (DX): Bane of red enemies, being able to quickly squash the One Horns and Professor As. Just make sure to protect her from the Relic Doges and get her inside the boss' blindspot. You must time her very well and guard her from the ginger snaches- a knockback could mean instant loss.
  • Greater Balrog Cat: Single-target DPS unit that basically acts as a better Can Can and is insidiously effective. He works very well with his Strengthen/Cost Down Talents to wipe out the One Horns as well as the Relic Doges, while being replaceable easily if lost. His weakness to Professor A. is at worst trivial given his low range and how most strategies account for them already, making him an excellent choice.
  • Divine Kuu: Pai-Pai lite. Tanks red units and dishes out considerable damage back to them as demonstrated by Lucas IV. She can even have Curse Immunity with Talents, although the effects of doing so is negligible.
  • Sharpshooter Saki: Saki, being a fast, long-ranged sniper (stands at 600), can absolutely eradicate Red threats from existence, and her short cooldown allows her to be stacked. However, she is very expensive, can be easily invalidated by curse, has a tiny inner range (500 range blindspot), and as with all target only units, she won't be able to help out on the other threats.
  • King of Destiny Phonoa: Though vulnerable to Curse, Phonoa's very high speed (30), far-reaching LD multi-hits and huge standing range (600 vs 501) means it can utterly reduce every enemy in the stage to rubble. It still requires a fair bit of support to hold its own within the blindspot, but it usually isn't much of an issue.
  • Cat Machine Mk 3: As long as Cat Machine is not cursed, Cat Machine will whittle down Queen Mother V's and Professor A's health. A level 40 Cat Machine can survive long enough for another Cat Machine, allowing for stacking. Speed up talents and combos are recommended.

Strategy One (Featuring Awakened Bahamut)[]

Lineup: Roe Cat (Cost Down,Resist Slow (Optional), Defense Buff) 40, Awakened Bahamut Cat 40, Courier Cat 40, Fishman Cat (Movement speed up (optional)) 30, Maglev Cat 40

Items: Rich Cat, Sniper

Notes:

  • Higher Roe levels/Talents make the fight with professor a a lot easier
  • Awakened Bahamut can also work at level 35, but 40 is recommended
  • Awakened Bahamut can be replaced with ubers such as pai pai or saki
  • You can replace Maglev with Bullet Train or manic island

This strategy generally relies on Roe Cat's Weaken to provide attack opportunities on Queen Mother V.

First: Send Roe out as fast as you can, before the boss shockwave comes. once the boss spawns, spam Courier and Roe before the Professor A spawns. when the professor A spawns, let him push through In front of Queen. if Professor A gets knocked back, spam fishman, Bahamut, and bullet train . relic doges will be dealt with by courier and bullet train. repeat this until the boss gets destroyed.
