1-3 Crown;
All you need to do is spam everything from the bottom row (and Green Shell Cat) as soon you have cash for them. They can clear the stage in around a minute. To be more specific, immediately send out Jellycat, then Metal Macho Cat, Bullet Train Cat, Fishman Cat, then Awakened Bahamut Cat.
Cat levels are written for 2-Crown, but even then levels may be perhaps as low as 40 across the board. Higher levels are recommended for 3-Crown.
4-Crown:
Replace Metal Macho with Courier Cat, Fishman Cat with Hitman Cat or Idi:N2, and Bullet Train Cat with Riceball Cat. Immediately send a Jellycat, then wait a few seconds before sending out Riceball Cat and Courier Cat. When Jellycat is close to the horde of Those Guys, send out Green Shell Cat. Once Jellycat kills the horde of Those Guys, send out Awakened Bahamut Cat, then spam everything else.
Beating this level quickly is important because while Overnight Overtime is the most energy-efficient stage for farming Sprockets, Ironsand Beach is the most time-efficient. 30 seconds to get ~2 Sprockets and ~1 Beast Bones will be very helpful for building your base in the late game.
