This enemy attacks and walks quite fast. Like most other Empire of Cats enemies, he has low range but a rapid attack rate. His DPS is quite high compared to previously encountered enemies, so be wary of him early on.
Strategy
When first encountered, Jackie Peng can be rather difficult to defeat since he has decent health, attack power and strikes quickly. Evolving Cat into Macho Cat is a good idea, but that can only handle one Jackie Peng. Using Bird Cat paired with Tank Cat is an effective way to beat them due to Bird Cat's Area Attack. Either way, if you have trouble in Dubai even with various guides, just upgrade your cats and take them down individually.
Use his single-target attacks to your advantage and block him out with a steady line of Cats and Tank Cats, while using Gross Cat to deal fair damage to him. If you're unable to stall him, try gaining Treasures to activate the Energy Drink and upgrade Tank Cat as well as Research. Any Area Attacker could be helpful if he comes in swarms, like in Ghana/Wakayama.
After Dubai/Hiroshima, a squad of Normal Cats should be able to hold him off until the Cat Cannon or some other high-power cat finishes him off. Another simple way of dealing with Jackie Peng would be to use fast-attacking cats and defensive cats, for example, Giraffe Cats coupled with Wall Cats.
Later on, Jackie Peng is just a minor threat or even free money as he can be easily taken out by most attackers.
An Aku variant of Jackie Peng. It has much higher stats, higher range, and Area Attack. It also has 50% chance to slow cat units and a guranteed chance to create a Lv.3 Surge Attack upon death.
Jackie Peng appeared as a regular enemy in Nyanko Daibōsō.
Nyanko Defense Force
A variety of UFO Pengs served as a more advanced class of peon in Nyanko Defence Force. Like most normal enemies, they could rarely appear as sparking, which would drop either an item or a type of gem.
