Kamen Rider Cat is a Rare Cat that can be unlocked when beating Rescue! Kamen Rider Cat. It was added in Version 12.2.

Strategy/Usage

Kamen Rider Cat can be described as a weaker version of Courier Cat but with better range. However, the thing that brings it down from decent to bad is its Single Target. Single Target makes its Long Distance ability worse than useless, since it means it likely won't be able to take advantage of its piercing range. As previously mentioned, Courier Cat is a much, much better alternative.
