Kaoluga is an Uber Rare Cat that can be obtained by playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Tales of the Nekoluga gacha event. It was added in Version 12.4.

Strategy/Usage
Normal Form
This form is useless by design. Similarly to the other cats from Tales of the Nekoluga, this Cat is not meant to be used until it evolves.
Evolved Form
Kaoluga Pasalan can be used similarly to Togelan Pasalan, a vulnerable attacker with very high range and damage. It is incredibly high to be specific, with 3k DPS at a whopping 710 range. The damage per hit isn't that bad either due to the shorter overall attack cycle. Its massive coverage allows it to safely stay in the back and constantly chip away at threats while your frontline takes the heat. It also offers some crowd-controlling potential, though due to its stats, it can be safely said this unit relies more on damaging threats, as 20% chance is too low for it to be effective, even with the Mini-Surge factored in. These mostly act as a bonus, not doing much for the unit but not bad to have either. Just be wary in stages with Long Distance, Omni Strike, Wave or Surge enemies, as it can easily be hit by these abilities.

Appearance
- Normal Form: A small, cat-like lifeform with dark, scary eyes and a large forehead. Attacks by exhaling a dark purple cloud with the same expression.
- Evolved Form: A much taller skeletal lifeform, with a massive head and cat ears, but just a little bit different. Attacks by dropping its head into its hands, causing its pupils to disappear as it exhales a dark purple cloud with its own face on it, then reattaching its head to its neck, at which point its pupils reappear.

- Kao (顔) is the Japanese word for face.
- Its Evolved Form does not follow the usual naming scheme for Evolved Lugas, being called Kaoluga Pasalan rather than Kaolan Pasalan. This seems to be a typo, as its Japanese name directly translates to Kaolan Pasalan.
