Kappy Jr. (かわわっぱJr., Kawawappa Jr.) introduced in the Advent Stage Flow Like the Stream.
1800¢ - 7110¢
Though he may be small, Kappy Jr. has high health, deals huge damage and can create a
Surge Attack up to 750px away from him. In his first two appearances, his short range and slightly delayed attack make it easy for him to miss when the Scissoroos are still on the field, but once they're dead, beating him becomes heavily dependent on luck.
Because of his lingering attack that can instantly kill most units in a single hit, he will usually move forward after he attacks. Even
Surge-Immune Cats can only do so much to delay his advance, with the possible exceptions of Talented Gato Amigo and Talented Beefcake Cat.

This enemy is based on the
, an amphibious, reptilian, humanoid kappa yōkai with a penchant for cucumbers.
His Japanese name, Kawawappa Jr. is a deconstruction of kappa; a portmanteau of kawa, meaning "river", and wappa, meaning "child". Kappy Jr. is the first enemy to have the
Surge Attack ability. Unlike most of the
Advent bosses, he is the main pushing force of every stage he appears in, rather than being ranged support for the peons. This and Hannya are the only Advent bosses that don't have Long Distance or Omni Strike.
