Strategy[]

This stage is balanced around having at least two of the three Mysterious Forces maxed out; without them your Cat Cannon might not recharge fast enough to kill the Assassin Bears in time. If you Recharge + levels are too low, your cannon also won't recharge fast enough, even with the 3 Mysterious Forces. Generally, you should only fire the Cannon when all three Bears are present on the screen. If needed, Cannon Recharge UP Cat Combos may be used. It doesn't matter the size, one Small Cat Cannon Recharge UP Combo is all it takes, but more Combos do help.

After three or four waves of Assassin Bears, you can expect the third Bear in each wave to be heavily delayed. To kill every third Bear without letting them push too much, save Sniper the Cat by disabling it seconds before it's about to fire and turn it back on after using the Cannon to kill the first two Bears.

Wall Doge has been buffed to where she can kill near anything in up to two hits, but when you consider her pitiful speed and range, this doesn't mean much. With a perfect spam of Crazed Macho Cats, Mohawk Cats and Crazed Wall Cats, Wall Doge will barely advance on her own, and Sniper the Cat will negate any ground she regains. Another option is to weaken Wall Doge using Thaumaturge Cat and bring a Unit Defense UP (Sm) combo. This allows a Lv.20+ Crazed Wall Cat to survive a hit from Wall Doge.

Then, either stack up cheap ranged damagers like Macho Leg Cats, Crazed Sexy Leg Cats, Crazed UFO Cats or heavy hitters like Awakened Bahamut Cat or Greater Demon Cat to dish out damage to the boss. Cats with knockback abilities, like Gato Amigo and Ururun Cat, can also do well at holding back the Wall Doge.

Metal Macho is very useful on this stage, not only for holding off the Wall Doge, but also for briefly stalling the Assassin Bears until all three are on-screen so the Cannon can eliminate them. Vendor Cat and Kitten are another great option for stalling the Wall Doge, though they are far from necessary even on higher Crown difficulties. If you combine it with a Long Distance attacker like Courier Cat or Vaulter Cat, the stage can be cheesed.

Wave Attackers may serve as insurance should you fire the Cat Cannon too early, using the Wall Doge as a stepping stone to reach any remaining Assassin Bears.

Strategy 1 (2-4 Crown, Cheese)[]

3 Meatshields, Vendor Cat (NA), Glass Cat (NA), Courier Cat (30+ (it should be at 40 anyways))

At the start of the level, send out Glass Cat to stall the Wall Doge to let your units arrive. Send out Vendor Cat as soon as you can to knock back the Wall Doge. Send out Courier too. Once the Wall Doge is pinned to the base, Courier's Long Distance allows it to attack the base. The stage should be over before the first Assassin Bears spawn.
