The Management Bible is the 11th and last Empire of Cats Treasure. It increases the player's max Cat Energy. Like all Treasures, it is able to stack with others, specifically the Future Tech, the Dark Matter, and other Management Bibles.

Each Management Bible increases max Cat Energy by a maximum +60.
When a player has activated Management Bible at 100% in all 3 chapters, max Cat Energy is increased by +180.

- In the Japanese version, the Management Bible's equivalent is the Southern Wind (南国の風).
- It is one of the only Treasures whose name wasn't changed at all between the Japanese and original English versions, since it doesn't refer to a specific location.
- The Management Bible has double the effect of the other Cat Energy Treasures.
